Return & Refund Policy:

Georgia Bartender and Server Group is committed to professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We stand behind our service with a 100% arrival guarantee and flexible rescheduling options.

100% Arrival Guarantee

In the rare case that the bartender, server, or private chef scheduled for your event experiences an emergency (such as illness, vehicle issues, or personal matters) and is unable to attend, we have trained back-up staff on call in every region we serve.

If, for any reason, a suitable replacement cannot be provided, your full payment—including deposit and/or balance—will be refunded by the next business day.

Event Cancellation Policy

If your event is canceled or postponed, all deposits and payments are non-refundable, but they are fully transferrable.

Your payment will be kept on file as a store credit, valid for one (1) calendar year, and may be applied toward any future event you schedule with us—whether rescheduled or brand new.

Important Note:

Canceling your event within fifteen (14) days of your scheduled date will incur a $75 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your on-file credit.
